McAfee Commercial are pleased to confirm that we have been appointed to handle the disposal of the largest office development in the North West Area in Coleraine known as 'VentureNorth'. The development comprises c. 160,000 sq ft of Commercial high specification offices and a range of other business uses. The site has received planning consent for 60,000 sq ft of offices in phase one. Maria McAfee and Richard McLaughlin are handling the disposal and are in discussions with a number of potential occupiers both inside and outside the borough which will hopefully create jobs for the Coleraine region.
